I am a provider of real estate valuations for the mortgage lending marketplace. I have been certified for more than 10 years and I am also an FHA approved appraiser.  With my years of experience  I pride myself on being fair and honest and provide timely updates and statuses through out the appraisal process to include customer contact with in 24 hours of receiving an order and any issues that may come up. 

I use an iphone  and a fax.   I can deliver reports through email, Xsite and envelope format. I  currently cover the counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York. 

I live in Dauphin County with my Husband, Daughter, stepson, 3 dogs and 2 cats, and enjoy Fishing, Hunting, gardening and other outdoor recreation as well as cooking.
